Presently, the prime areas where coffee is cultivated include Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais, Bahia, and Espirito Santo. These areas are at an altitude of 400 to 1600 meters above the sea level and they possess the richest soil for the seed’s growth. The favorable environmental conditions support the coffee plants as well.
Classification of coffee
